We understand that you are busy, so setting up a time for a technician to come out and inspect your home to give you a price can be frustrating. So we made it simple! Just fill out what plan you'd like, we will send you an agreement (No early termination fee), get it signed and we will take care of all of your pest control needs! He is our standard pricing for this pest plan. Under 2000 Square Foot homes is the price below. ( Please include detached shops/garages, if needed). Initial: $200.00 + Sales Tax Recurring: $110 + Sales Tax For every 1000 SqFt over 2000 it is $20 more on the initial & recurring. We will perform one extra recurring service after the initial to break up the egg cycle, typically 30-45days. After the extra service the quarterly recurring services will start (The egg cycle is so newly hatched pests won't be able to re-infest inside or outside on your home) What's always included in every service from the initial to the recurring: - An inspection to ensure what pests we are dealing with that day, come up with a plan to tackle them, & to find any openings or areas of concerns pests may linger or get into your home. - Inside your home (Optional) - We have a variety of different methods & products that we use to control pests. We will use whats best suited for your home. - Garage service every visit. - Getting rid of any visible spider webs & wasp nests within the vicinity of your home. - Rodent bait stations that get restocked every visit. - Free re-services in between visits. - Typical household pests, Wasps, Ants, Spiders, & Mice.
